TDI has researched and practised cold-rolling technology and cold-rolling machine since 1990, and won many prizes from Ministry of Machinery Industry. Many patents are obtained. TDI has specialized engineers in this field of technology, equipment and manufacture. In 2006, TDI established a bearing ring manufacture factory-China Machinery Luoyang Precision Machine Company ltd. It has manufacturing ability of 1 million sets of bearing ring a month.

Scope of manufacturing:
Class 0 bearing, hub bearing and spherical bearing ring of outer diameter from 65 mm to 140 mm.

Precision of manufacturing:
Diameter Precision: ¡À0.05 mm for outer diameter <110 mm ¡À0.075 mm for outer diameter ¡Ý110 mm.
Roundness Precision: ¡À0.05 mm for outer diameter <100 mm ¡À0.1 mm for outer diameter ¡Ý100 mm.
